The emblem of the 3rd infantry company is TINIS (ÄMRIJA) - a predator of the Sermul family, looks like a bear with a long bushy tail, is half the size, very strong and massive. TINIM, living in the wild, has no opponents, it is very aggressive, strong and indiscriminate in its food. The animal has a perfectly expressed survival instinct. TINIS moves equally well on land, in water, as well as in mountains. TIņA's emblem was designed in 2004 by the first sergeant major of the company, staff sergeant major Ziedonis Lochmelis.
